I’m interested in hosting a walk — how do I do that?

When will my MGW T-shirt arrive?
All MGW T-shirts will start shipping from Jan 2026.
Do I get free shipping on my T-shirt?
Yes, your MGW T-shirt is shipped free as part of your ticket purchase.
What about MGW tote bags and caps?
Totes and caps will also ship from Jan 2026, but they incur standard postage costs.
Can I return or exchange my T-shirt if it doesn’t fit?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of the event, T-shirts are made to order and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please double check your size before completing your order.
What if my T-shirt is faulty or damaged?
If your T-shirt arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at brand@myeloma.org.au and we’ll organise a replacement.
Can I order other merchandise with my T-shirt?
Yes, you can. However, any other merchandise outside the MGW range will be shipped separately and will incur a postage cost.
Can I collect my T-shirt at the event instead of shipping?
No, all T-shirts will be shipped directly to participants prior to the event.
